It was an excellent base for sightseeing in Ullapool. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the lovely modern room I booked. The setting was peaceful and unbeatable, very close to Ullapool before the Stornaway ferry in the morning, and the ferry the next day. The hotel was in a quiet street, just as I expected.
